They are very professional and let you know all your options and the price. Of course, Alan Smith Pools are not the cheapest, but they have been in business since 1982 so I felt assured I would get quality work would not get ripped off or left with an unfinished project. I had bids from 2 other contractors and felt the burden of having to go to tile stores and pool finishing stores to pick out my tile and finishing on my own. This is our second renovation with Alan Smith over the years and we went for an exciting color change. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of our project and were pleasantly surprised that not one piece of our existing tiles were damaged in the process.
