We had a problem that a part was left behind during install and was lost during construction. There was some back
Sales contact POOR. He carried plaster samples that when selected, we were later told either not or no longer available. After a few such misfires, he provided a physical sample (not a brochure representation) we approved. Unfortunately: (1) the name on physical sample was all that was written into the final contract, excluding the resource name and (2) the name on the physical was a name of a color used by several other resources.
