Absolutely
Overall the pool came out beautifully, but the communication and never being able to meet my project manager was not good customer service. I have had a problem since day one with the sales representative and had to get the manager involved. I don't want to bash them but the communication and we had issues that I had to get management involved in, and it should not have gone that far.

The pool looks terrific! Alan Smith Pools is by no means the low cost leader but the quality is top! The schedule was quite impressive. 5 weeks from drain to fill is pretty remarkable! Your staff was always friendly and helpful!
