Price-gouged after Irma - despicable.
Their scheduling is terrible. They said they would be at the house on Tuesday between 1 and 5. Got a text on Tuesday that they were running behind. Never got another text to say they were coming. We were away and we didn’t see them until Friday on our camera. Unreliable. Repeat of our first experience.
had some issues.. then once they had my money and I had several complaints I was completely ignored for weeks and weeks despite sending pictures e emails and making repeat phone calls. I would not recommend this company. we had several issues with the pool cage constriction... mistakes made screws missing parts uneven .. leftover trash and rusty nails that ruined our pool surface.. they have not cared to make it a priority to fix this issue my husband is a disabled air force veteran and we deserve better regret spending ex... read more
So just want to let people know about the nasty man that works for absolute aluminum who, when I nicely asked him to move the loader part of his bull dozer off my property as it would kill the grass got very verbally nasty with me. I suggested he put it on whoever's yard they were working on. Why mine?? Since he was so nice I reminded him he couldn't park in front of a fire hydrant which is in my front yard. DONT USE THEM!!!!. They dont stand behind there product. Worse job ever. Left screws on the pool deck. We had to screw them in. Pool cage started corrosion after only 2 years.
