Company refused to repair my lanai which had minimal damages because they said they didn’t put the lanai in, yet their number and logo are on my lanai. They refused to repair it cause they don’t have time which is understandable but then they said they could replace the lanai? Can’t repair but wanted to replace the whole thing. left voice mail right after the hurrican, then filledo ut the form on their website - no feedback at all. Now tried again to call - now voice mail is full and cannot accpet messages anymore. Time will chnage and with this behavior they will be out of business - I now will share with all my contacts the terrible (no) service I received - we are talking about missing a job of $100k
