Scheduling my job was one with problem this company. Also, I was surprised I needed to relocate three exterior security cameras at my expense. The install was done professionally and I am pleased with the results! They look great and perform well!
From start to finish, the process was squared away and smooth. Absolute Aluminum absolutely did exactly what I needed done, flawlessly. This company does what is contracted with a First rate work ethic and an uncompromising integrity.
All work (replacement of lanai screening, frame and door) was done as specified in the contract and completed on time. The installers were courteous and quiet and thoroughly cleaned the area upon completion. We were kept updated on the scheduling via text and email. We received a call approx 10 days following completion checking on our satisfaction with their product and workmanship. Thanks for a job well done
This is the 2nd project they've done for us, and we couldn't be happier...very professional and courteous, and you'll know every phase of your project, and any updates by email or text...if we have any other projects we are planning, their number is in my contact list, and we'll make we call them...
Initially I had an issue with my latest lanai cage which they installed. I am very happy to report that Absolute Aluminum addressed my concern and was very quick to rectify the problem. Their work is very precise and they do an amazing job. But perhaps but most importantly they are ready to listen to any concerns and to correct any problems. Very pro consumer. I have used them 3 times for my different projects and would use them again. Highly recommend!
