Great customer service from start to finish! They matched the windows perfectly and installation went seamlessly! **** was informative and patient in helping us choose our windows. The Woodland staff kept us informed of progress and dates prior to installation. The gentlemen who did our install did a terrific job! They were on time, thorough, friendly, and left no mess. We would highly recommend Woodland and would use them again in the future should the need arise.

The letter best describes my complaint.The response was a voice mail from ***, the Woodland president, acknowledging receipt of the letter and thanking me for sending it. The only indication of rectifying the issue or making any changes was for said President to check with Purchasing to see what could be done internally. Not real happy with the experience. Door took 7 months to get, then it was the wrong color. Trim did not match existing in the house even though we supplied physical sample. Provided cut sheet on the hardware purchased and the door was bored incorrectly, now trying to find a different piece of hardware to fit door. The door does look good in the opening, but still requires touch up and completion of the trim and hardware install. Salesman was quick to make a sale, but not good at helping to resolve issues.

Very slow process it took almost a year to get those windows, and very expensive for the service that you guys provide I should get a discount
