I’ve been very pleased with Wonder Windows excellent customer service and have used them on more than one occasion. They did an excellent job installing the windows and the windows are high quality. They did my whole house! I highly recommend them!

They did a fantastic job installing 8 windows for us. They were able to get it complete in one day and they were extremely professional and polite. I wouldn’t use anyone else after the experience I had. Pricing was competitive and the lead time was short.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! The quality, craftsmenship and customer service is mediocre at best. Spent over $60,000 on 21 windows, 2 doors and a shower install in 2025. Here are all of the calls/fixes we have needed; one window didn't open/close properly. One was missing a screen. The person came and literally just scraped the broken window frame with a knife and didn't bring the screen so that was another call and visit. The worst company ever. 5 Months in and nothing. They are so unproffessional, mean and bullying. Have tried to resolve the issue for 5 months and the company says I did not try hard enough. Had to ask the regional manager to leave my house because of how unprofessional he was. A total bully, I really feel for everyone who has to deal with him.

I Have had Wonder Windows install 30 windows in my apartment building. The last installation was 6/21/22 for the final 18 windows. When the crew came they found that the windows had been measured incorrectly and were TOO BIG for the openings. The service manager from the Buffalo office (Carl) came and after a heated exchange with the installers (Chris & Brian who were excellent) the windows were modified to fit. If you like being disappointed, frustrated and aggravated, then this is the company for you. We started our project with Wonder Windows in the fall of 2022. Today, January of 2024, it is finally finished. Are we happy with our windows? No. Are we exhausted from the numerous calls we've made and the many service visits? Yes. I had 16 windows installed by Wonder Windows July 2023. It was a nightmare from the start. I ordered Okna double hung windows with full screens. Before my order was ready I contacted them and wanted to change to half screens. I paid extra for full screen. They contacted me back and said it's too late windows were already ordered. If I could give a negative review I would. My Grandmother paid very very good money for a bay window she’s wanted for years and finally decided to go ahead with it. They put the wrong sized molding in and didn’t caulk any of it. The then scratched one of my tables took it to get fixed and still have not gotten it back. nobody wants to return calls or emails or anything. Had their windows installed by a crappy contractor who claimed to work for them. Patio door leaks and is always steamed in between the double panes. Screens are ripped and/or "flapping" in the breeze. Contacted Wonder Windows a number of times to get someone out here to repair the screens and look at the sliding door. NOTHING!!! Crickets!!!! No call backs, nothing. Have a complaint filed against the contractor but Wonder Windows DO NOT stand behind their crappy products and could care less if you have a problem. My husband i... read more
