I had 29 windows replaced by Wonder Windows. The entire experience was phenomenal including the installation which was completed in a quick and efficient manner. The best part is that the company truly cared how the project looked. They took the extra time to ensure that all the windows looked the same on the outside. Wonder Windows replaced my front door at my home and WOW what a difference! I never thought i'd be excited over a door... but a happy home / happy wife is a good life right? I wish I could upload a photo on the BBB to show everyone but from the entire start to finish of helping me choose a door based on style, color and what would hold up best against the sun blasting the front of my house all through the installation and how clean and professional they were at my house. Wonderful experience with Wonder Windows! They installed new high quality double hung windows in all the bedrooms, and created an awning window in the kitchen (makes washing dishes so much better!) Every person we dealt with along the way was extremely professional and helpful. Cant say enough good things about Wonder Windows, will definitely be using them when we get the remaining windows replaced.

I’ve been very pleased with Wonder Windows excellent customer service and have used them on more than one occasion. They did an excellent job installing the windows and the windows are high quality. They did my whole house! I highly recommend them!

They did a fantastic job installing 8 windows for us. They were able to get it complete in one day and they were extremely professional and polite. I wouldn’t use anyone else after the experience I had. Pricing was competitive and the lead time was short.

The windows and their installation was satisfactory but the exterior trim installation was horrible. After being promised an "A" crew by the salesman we had an inexperienced, subcontracted crew that attempted to cut and install the trim to no avail. Some windows were done over up to 5 times, even after being shown how to perform the task properly by another crew. There are still some windows that aren't right but there's no way I would have them touch that trim again. The field *** disappeared and I haven't heard from anyone... read more

They said they were going to send the A team to install and trim our windows. The installation itself was good, however, the trim work was not to our satisfaction. They sent someone out to look and he agreed it was not acceptable. They sent the same A team out and had the same result. Some of the trim was done 3 times. Then the chalking looks like a 3 year old did it. Now we are left with the task of trying to peel off chalking.
