Widows Plus installed seven replacement windows in my home in February 2023. The salesman, Todd, was honest, answered all my questions and reassured me that I would love my windows as I was really apprehensive about everything. He even showed me how to change the seals in my patio doors on my own! There was NO high pressure sales and I am SO glad I chose this company. High quality products but also high pressure sales. Installation crew was satisfactory but rushed to finish and clean up leaving a poorly done caulk job and clean up. When one door lock wouldn’t work, it took several calls and threats to get the problem resolved. Salesman indicated he would return in day of installation or soon after to check out the job and our satisfaction. Needless to say he did not and has not returned texts or calls. Windows Plus - The guy we had installing our windows was great. He did them all by himself. Did an awesome job. Made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. Knowlegable on everything he did. Took time to explain anything I asked. Very well mannered . I would recommend them to anyone. Best company I have ever had.

Buyer beware! I made an appointment to get an estimate for replacing 14 windows and a palladium window. Sales rep was on time but I indicated I had a time crunch….3 hours later we got to the estimate….. an estimate for $54k. But if I agreed to purchase right then and there it would be $45k. And there were strings attached…..give 5 star reviews on multiple sights. When I said that was too expensive he made multiple other offers, finally saying $100 less than a comparable offer. Dont use these people i had them give me a quote they took all my cedit info left and never heard back from them sence in my book i think they are a scammer if the ware a true compney they would called back like they said they would

Buyer Beware: I am currently in the process of getting new windows, and I want to share my experience to help others stay informed. The company I’m dealing with employs high-pressure sales tactics, resulting in over half a dozen phone calls since I received the quote. To make matters worse, their price is four times higher than the highest quote I received from three other companies. Please exercise caution if considering this company.
