Windows Plus was excellent from the first phone call through the completion of installation! They were professional, courteous, and on time. We ordered a new entry door and a slider door. Both are top notch quality and installation was perfect. Highly recommend!!
I had the Owner of this business interact with me. Todd has impeccable morals and truly cares about his customers. It has been many years since I've interacted with a person with values. Widows Plus installed seven replacement windows in my home in February 2023. The salesman, Todd, was honest, answered all my questions and reassured me that I would love my windows as I was really apprehensive about everything. He even showed me how to change the seals in my patio doors on my own! There was NO high pressure sales and I am SO glad I chose this company. High quality products but also high pressure sales. Installation crew was satisfactory but rushed to finish and clean up leaving a poorly done caulk job and clean up. When one door lock wouldn’t work, it took several calls and threats to get the problem resolved. Salesman indicated he would return in day of installation or soon after to check out the job and our satisfaction. Needless to say he did not and has not returned texts or calls. Windows Plus - The guy we had installing our windows was great. He did them all by himself. Did an awesome job. Made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. Knowlegable on everything he did. Took time to explain anything I asked. Very well mannered . I would recommend them to anyone. Best company I have ever had.
