High quality products but also high pressure sales. Installation crew was satisfactory but rushed to finish and clean up leaving a poorly done caulk job and clean up. When one door lock wouldn’t work, it took several calls and threats to get the problem resolved. Salesman indicated he would return in day of installation or soon after to check out the job and our satisfaction. Needless to say he did not and has not returned texts or calls. Windows Plus - The guy we had installing our windows was great. He did them all by himself. Did an awesome job. Made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. Knowlegable on everything he did. Took time to explain anything I asked. Very well mannered . I would recommend them to anyone. Best company I have ever had.

Several months ago, we worked with Windows Plus to install a single fixed window that is approximately 2' x 3' to replace a small double hung window. We paid a premium to do so, approximately $1700. We did so because they're a local company and because they seem to treat their employees well and they told us they could give us the color we wanted.
