I used The Men with Tools to replace all three windows in my condo. I was impressed from start to finish. ****************** and Audi did a great job installing the windows. They were professional, efficient and clean. Then, the company contacted me to schedule a follow up appointment, so they could check on the install. **** was so helpful. I was having one minor issue with one of the windows. He took his time to look into it. He immediately fixed the problem for the time being and ordered a new part to fix it permanently. ... read more
Gentleman arrived early before I was available and I did my best to accommodate him despite working from home. I said I needed to check my computer as our meeting wasn't scheduled for another half hour and when I came upstairs 5 minutes later he had left without giving a quote or saying a word. While I feel the people are friendly and the quality of the work (via pictures they show) looks good there was no respect for my time as the client.
