The technician (****) covered 2 service calls, one for my home& the second for my mom. Both of us are satisfied customers with the installed products from Men with Tools. The technician called to let me know he was at my home as I was en route there from my mothers home. He waited about 10 minutes for me to get there. My window required some time to inspect. These gentlemen were totally professional, would recommend to everyone. They did such a good job on my sliding patio door that I called them to put in a new front door and screen door. There is not one thing I can say was wrong, from the salesman to the installer (who by the way brought bagels and juice for breakfast).
