Window Depot of Youngstown installed beautiful, aesthetically pleasing windows for me. Richard listened to my needs and made excellent decisions for the right windows for my home. The windows were very energy efficient during the polar vortex. The windows match the decor of my home. I am amazed with the windows this company installed for me.

I bought windows with life time warranty . Windows were defective and they did not cover warranty . Said the place they buy windows from went out of business . Complete scam . All they said they could do is sell me new windows .

Lets start out with we DO NOT RECOMEND USING WINDOW DEPOT First off, the sales man (we wont mention any names) he was a nice guy, personable and sat down and talked about what we were looking for Black french door and 2 black xl windows (replacing 3 sliders) got it all quoted out and throws in a " it's cheaper if you go with us now before I leave" kinda pitch (beware of that!) mistake #1 we did. window depot usa is horrible. I actually filed a complaint MHIC in MD caulking all over the window frames. had 2 different crews. first crew was smoking pot on the job. aluminum trim falling off of windows. a lot of windows do not have caulk in seams. caulk on my siding. and oil tank. worst bunch of incompetent people should have license revoked
