Couldn't have been better! They had my large dog and 4 year old granddaughter to work around and they were so patient with them!

This was one of the two that would install the windows the way I needed it done, all the others had a problem with it, and was one third the cost with a way better warranty.

From meeting Laddie the salesman & taking the time to answer all our questions, to keeping us informed as to what to expect. Installation crew were professional and cleaned up well. To having Laddie stop out on day of install to make sure we were pleased. The windows are top notch we are extremely pleased. Top notch product and service along with follow up. This summer we had all new windows, siding and gutters installed and we were completely satisfied with the work they did. Very professional and did a great job. Good value for the money.
