New roof installed April, 2024. To date 4 leaks found and repaired. Squirrel, mice new infestation. Had an independent roof inspection done Oct, 2025. Damage to plywood with tiles installed over them rather than repaired first. Untiled, and uncovered area due to slope of roof but left open to elements instead of covered with protective metal. I did my roof with them in 2022, They were very professional and did an excellent work. But once you get your roof is very hard to have their services, especially if your roof is covered under a warranty, I assume is not a good deal for them. I have called the office here in ***** about 4 times to get a leak inspected, I visited their office in person once, after a month since the first call, the technician was dispatched at the date they choose, notified just 3 hours in advance. I had a simple flat roof repair job over my lanai with a chimney which needed a chimney cap....was told multiple times the cap had been ordered but because it needed to be fabricated it would take a couple of weeks, that was over 2 months ago, just found out today it never even got ordered so i have had plywood and plastic over my chimney all that time and am still waiting...if you have a "small job", don't even bother with these guys, the communication is atrocious...

This company failed to remove a contractor's encumbrance from our address months after the work was complete. It came up when I began another project that required financing; that institution informed me that Westfall had the effect of a lien on my property despite the fact that they were paid in full one day after work was complete. Removal of this instrument required me to go to their company headquarters and complain (I couldn't get through on the phone). Set up a contract with them for a new roof. Their roofing consultant sent me a bid to do my main roof plus a flat roof addition. After I signed the contract n sent down payment they proceeded to tell me that they totaled the contract wrong and it will cost another $10,000.00. Be very careful dealing with these guys.

The roofing looks great 2 different pieces of stucco broke off, they said it was poor craftsmanship, after 3- calls from them trying to say they didn't break it , they sent a stucco guys to fix, then they asked if I could paint the stucco that they fixed, I asked to speak to Mr W., they said he was too busy, bad service all the way around
