Starting with Bruce explaining everything that would be used and why to Xavier, the Project Manager stopping by everyday and the awesome hard working crew, Luis, Ramon, and Joel, and the ever friendly Melissa in customer service, I couldn't have asked for more. They were the BEST! Even better, the city inspector and wind inspector both said it was a great job, which is "typical of Westfall" and that Westfall always works "above the standard." From the start with Bruce presenting the problems with the roof with associated pictures to the delivery of materials and the installation the process was easy. Inspections were done on a timely basis as well as the mitigation inspection. I highly recommend westfall roofing for service and product. Office staff, Tanya, Chad, and mellisa were all great and very responsive to all requests. Hector (on sight supervisor) explained all questions and had a great crew working the job. Excellent service from start to finish and very good quality of workmanship. Crew arrived on time and stayed until there wasn't enough daylight to continue working. Debris removal and cleanup was thorough and complete. Great follow-up on work completed after job completion. Will gladly use Westfall again in the future if needed. An exceptionally positive experience overall.

I was very pleased with the timely manner in which they came out to check roof leak. A few weeks later during the holidays they sent a crew out and was fixed that day. Crew were professional and seemed to care about the situation. New shingles match perfectly and a simple job well done...

Westfall was the best contracting experience I have ever had in 21 years of home ownership. The most honest, the most competent, and the most reliable. The quality of product was beyond compare and the customer service experience was amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way, were very responsive to my questions, and the crew was hardworking and kept the worksite clean. I would highly recommend Westfall for any of your roofing needs.

This company is very professional. Their customer service skills are exceptional. KT went above and beyond to assist me with my roof replacement. The office staff were always very pleasant and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The roofers covered everything and then cleaned up everything. The company provided me with photos of what was done from the beginning to the end. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company and highly recommended them.

I can't recommend them highly enough. They were there when scheduled, polite, and just couldn't do enough. Left the worksite very clean, answered my phone call and questions and checked to be sure I was completely satisfied. Great service all around. Thanks!

We have nothing but great things to say about Westfall Roofing. Every person we interacted with from start to finish did an excellent job. Our consultant was very informative and transparent. The office operations staff communicated effectively with us throughout the process. The project supervisor and his crew did a fantastic job on the roof. They answered all of our questions and followed up to make sure our expectations were met. Great Job!! Thank You!!
