I had ****** Roofing into my home to get a price on a new roof, the salesman that came out went up on my roof came back down and told me I didn't need a new roof at this time maybe 3-5 years from now, he recommended a spray on product to extend the life of my roof. This was not the only company that I got a price from but ****** was the only one that said I didn't need a new roof. ******** is the best company I called and I will call back to do my roof in 5 years.
We have seen many roofing jobs in our neighborhood, but nothing like our experience. It was amazing! During the tear-off, they had guys on the ground picking and cleaning up as the old roof came off. Then a few guys rolled out the underlay while others came behind them nailing it down! The shingles went down the same way, all with great teamwork. ******************* responded to my concern of vermin in my attic. Within 10 minutes he discovered the entry point in a rotted fascia board (not the fault of any work that Victors had done) and though it was NOT his responsibility, took another 10 minutes to cover the entrance point with an aluminum patch until a permanent repair could be made. He's an exemplary employee; one of Victors Roofing's fine staff.
Fantastic !!!! Everything about this job was great from start to finish. By the end of the day you would never have known that there had been a crew of six at the house tearing off a roof and installing a new one. Not a bit of debrie around the house when they left and roof looks great. Now I'm just waiting to see if the results are as good as the work.**** L
My experience with Victors Roofing could not have been better. The two reps who came out initially were great. Went up on my twenty year old two story roof partially snow covered and took what seemed like a hundred pictures so I could see what its real condition was. Then had a great discussion of what to expect and when. It all came together fast. In a matter of a few days I had a new roof. The crew was remarkable with efficiency, good attitude and focus. I am very satisfied with my new roof. This company provided the excellent quality that they promised, and the project was finished on time. My new roof looks beautiful and my yard is cleaner now than it was before they started the job.
Great work and clean up. Salesmen that were sent did a great and thorough job.
