Our new windows are great and we're very pleased with them. One of the screens arrived from the production plant with a tear, but Universal Windows immediately placed and order for a replacement. Carla with Customer Service was so nice when checking on the status of the replacement and promised to call us when it came in. Overall, a very good experience

***** worked his tail off to get our windows installed, mostly by himself. He was on the job for 13 hours straight, work ethic unmatched. Attention to quality and detail unmatched. 5 stars, would buy from this company again.
Saturday March 14, 2026. Supposed to have an appointment at 2:00 pm, it is 3:05 pm. I called them at 2:45, no answer. I ran a successful business for 18 years before i sold it. I would have been horrified and embarrassed if any client or potential client were treated this way. This not calling us to explain they cant make it or will be late is unacceptable. It is a indicator of poor work and poor communication. Will not use them, ever.

not happy with the service nor their shady financing that they offer. our kitchen window was not thoroughly caulked and the work crew never even mentioned that they did not finish it and the bedroom window the weather stripping was manufactured a little wonky to where it will catch when you open the window. we decided to use their financing just out of convivence only to find out that salal credit union put a lien on our house and then requested that we pay 98.00 for some form that we did not even request from the ohio *** s... read more
