I called Universal Windows Direct regarding a window that would not raise. Their repair guy was here promptly the next morning. He fixed the issue quickly, and even rescreened the window, since it was torn in one small place. This company delivers excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

WOW! Rob W*** and Daniel W***** came to our home and layed out a great plan to replace our roof and windows with the best quality of materials. We talked to others but the quality wasn’t the same. These guys are very professional and yet so easy to talk to. They showed us everything that goes into a roof replacement and we were amazed. True quality. They were also able to replace our windows in the same time frame. What a blessing. Call these guys, you’ll be glad you did!

We purchased four windows and a large sliding door a while back. The installers did a fantastic job and went above and beyond the call of duty on the install. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism that we received.

I started by getting referrals, and choose a couple of window replacement companies, to come out and do their presentation, along with having them give me pricing. Once I decided to go with Universal Windows Direct, it has been a very smooth, trouble, free replacement process. Rob W***, the person I signed the contract with, was able to match a competitors price, because they were not the cheapest. Rob also gave me his cell number.
