Great company to deal with excellent customer service and job was done in timely manner.
TOP Home Improvements replaced our roof. And while I'm not crazy about companies that walk through neighborhoods looking work, I knew we needed a new roof and I wanted to know if the price I had in mind was close to what it would actually cost. I give this company five STARS!! So many people are hard to please but these people did everything to make me happy. I had a house completely re-sided with four new doors, two were custom stained and stone added to front of house. I am a female but still had no issues and was treated like any customer would expect to be. They made this old, dated house look brand new. I've heard nothing but compliments. I recommend this business and I am neither friend nor relative!Samm

I contacted them for a quote to completely gut and remodel two bathrooms. The only reason I reached out was because I saw their yard sign in my neighbors yard. I am sharing my personal experience with Top Home Improvement. During a 10-hour sales siege in my home, the salesperson used a thick, smooth, non-asphalt sample block to address a roof **** crisis. Following his active example, I physically tested the sample by trying to smash it. It was indestructible. The salesperson identified this block solely by the manufacturer name "Malarkey." ***** this company, all sales, no service.If you are looking to hire Top Home Improvements for a roofing project you may as well hire ***************** instead. They are the ones who did the work. No communication from Top Home Improvements other than a sales guy and someone who apologized over the phone when a worker showed up unannounced and climbed on our roof with only a 12 year old girl at home.Cleanup was done very poorly after I was promised rooftop dumpsters with very little cleanup...they used leaf blowers to "clean... read more
The kid that came out was nice. It gave us a presentation really good order. The deposit check. Had someone else coming out? Also I ended up canceling the next day went with the other company. The following Monday my check was cashed after I canceled now. A week later, I'm still getting the runaround and no money back. Honestly, don't go with this company. Because if you cancel, you're not going to see your money. So what does that mean for how they do there business.
Hired Top home improvement in April 2023 to install windows and sliding doors. It is now January 2025 and still no complete. Trying to get window and door trim and they continue to lip service that they will finish, but never do.
I had a sliding door installed with interenal blinds. they couldnt get a functional door from their supplier.Just to get a functional door and be done with it I decided to switch back to a door without blinds.After a few more trips I had a fuctional slider.The price on a slider is roughly $1000 more with internal blinds.When it came time to pay the balance, they charged me the full price for a slider with internal blinds but they delivered a standard slider.They wouldnt negotiate a lower price.Also they wouldnt give me the c... read more
