Top Home Improvements can do it all. Their staff is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. However, their interpersonal skills in their explanations as to what they are doing, how they are doing it, and why, makes a person with little knowledge comfortable with their expertise. Most importantly, their empathy and customer interaction was flawless. Look forward to having another big project done by them!

TOP Home Improvements replaced our roof. And while I'm not crazy about companies that walk through neighborhoods looking work, I knew we needed a new roof and I wanted to know if the price I had in mind was close to what it would actually cost. I give this company five STARS!! So many people are hard to please but these people did everything to make me happy. I had a house completely re-sided with four new doors, two were custom stained and stone added to front of house. I am a female but still had no issues and was treated like any customer would expect to be. They made this old, dated house look brand new. I've heard nothing but compliments. I recommend this business and I am neither friend nor relative!Samm
Hired Top home improvement in April 2023 to install windows and sliding doors. It is now January 2025 and still no complete. Trying to get window and door trim and they continue to lip service that they will finish, but never do.
I had a sliding door installed with interenal blinds. they couldnt get a functional door from their supplier.Just to get a functional door and be done with it I decided to switch back to a door without blinds.After a few more trips I had a fuctional slider.The price on a slider is roughly $1000 more with internal blinds.When it came time to pay the balance, they charged me the full price for a slider with internal blinds but they delivered a standard slider.They wouldnt negotiate a lower price.Also they wouldnt give me the c... read more
Well I tried help they in to solving the dispute but they are worse, most very worse* The non compliance are present, they take indolent , insensitive* They are promoters become the capitalism on imperialism *They must learn that trying the people like they would be tried is a big and good secret for to get progress on business and not that irrational conduct own of a sue *
