TVC is a wonderful resource for my interior design business. Whether I shop there on my own or bring a client into the lovely showroom, I receive top notch and friendly service every time. The staff is knowledgeable and the product selection is vast. I recommend TVC to my clients, friends and shop there myself.

Stephanie at The Vertical Connection has it all -- tremendous product knowledge, great skill at design, a good "eye," or vision to plan in abstract terms, and a strong sense of color and texture. She's straightforward, honest, and has a good sense of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and appreciate the expert assistance she provided as I purchased roman shades for a large sliding glass door -- something I wasn't sure I could get. I received great service from Stephanie. She advised me of products that would meet my needs, look great in my house, and were within my budget. She even entertained my two year old grandson so we could take our time and make decisions on blinds, carpeting, and flooring. She and her staff were all professional, courteous, and did the work as scheduled and within budget. I was very pleased with the services I received and highly recommend them.

The Vertical Connection Carpet One did an. EXCELLENT job on my Dental Office. Starting with the selection of the carpet and vinyl and finishing with outstanding installation, the entire process was handled smoothly and expertly. The knowledgeable professionals in the showroom guided me through the selection process and the installers were perfect.. Installation in a dental office is always difficult, but they managed with the skill of true artists.
