We have learned over the years that the key element for project success is installation. That's where Vertical Connection really shines. Their selection of floor coverings is excellent, but I could probably buy much of it elsewhere. However, nobody beats them when it comes to installation. We took advantage of the free design consulting. Stephanie walked us through the process of choosing hard wood floors and window treatments. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. The floors are amazing!!! The installers did a great job on the floors and treatments.

We visited The Vertical Connection for new carpeting after deciding to list our home for sale. Nick was extremely helpful and guided us to a product that was perfect for our needs. Please visit Vertical Connection! Amazing customer service that you may have thought was dead. Nick has been so wonderful! He was friendly and helpful, you can tell he really is passionate about what he does and his customer's service. We have spent the last year renovating our 90 year old home and our GC referred us to Vertical Connection for our wall to wall carpeting needs. The process initiated by Adam was flawless. OMG...My husband and I just started the process of looking for a business to assist us with our home reno to replace all of our flooring and to update out kitchen. It is always a pleasure to send our clients over to The Vertical Connection.
