Had a very bad experience with this company. I would NOT recommend. They installed a chimney, and when the chimney started leaking, they denied liability. Had phone conversation with representative from company who agreed over the phone if we had another chimney installer come in with a second opinion, and they agreed the leak was from the incorrect installation of the chimney, TH Construction would revisit the issue and discuss correction and compensation. Really? You are rating us because we will not take money off for a problem that is not ours? We were hired to repair your exterior masonry upper chimney. Your issues are within your walls. You are aware of this and the other company that came out said we did an amazing job. Is this not correct? We recorded the entire conversation.
