I called these folks for a job I’ve been wanting to do for several years, removing and sealing up an old sliding glass door. Their representative **** came out within a few days and scoped out the job, and was very patient, helping me figure out what could be done with the funds available and considering what an old house it is, stylewise. We recently contacted THCG for a new roof and repair of a gutter. Right from our first contact , everyone was helpful and the process smooth and professional. Workers came on time, worked a full day, and did a fine job cleaning up. We're delighted to finally have a gutter that actully delivers rain water to the spout, something other companies either couldn't or wouldn't accomplish! We had our roof replaced and can't say enough good things about this company. They were professional, showed up on time, and got the job done in a timely fashion. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. We're glad we contracted with this firm.
They put on a new roof. Fantastic job! Very professional. They were done in 2 days which impressed me very much. They even picked up all the nails around the yard!
THCG installed two windows in our house as new construction windows. The windows were not top of the line but will serve us we'll with the upcoming winter. One of the screens came damaged from the factory but THCG repaired it very promptly. The craftsmanship of the team was very good and everyone worked well together. Horrible experience with this company - would never recommend in a million years. They re-did a garage roof for us 7 years ago and did a good job so we hired them to put a new roof on our house. Huge mistake. They were highly attentive during the sales process but pressured us on the timeline to do the work. We wanted to be at the house when they did the work, they insisted to do it on their timeline when we could not be there. Had a very bad experience with this company. I would NOT recommend. They installed a chimney, and when the chimney started leaking, they denied liability. Had phone conversation with representative from company who agreed over the phone if we had another chimney installer come in with a second opinion, and they agreed the leak was from the incorrect installation of the chimney, TH Construction would revisit the issue and discuss correction and compensation.
