The crew (Anthony, Jason, Cole) were fantastic. They did a great job minimizing heat loss while installing the windows during the winter. They were fast and courteous. The quality, price, and work were all top notch. Highly recommend.

We recently sought a roof replacement quote and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. What should have been a straightforward estimate turned into a 3.5-hour sales pitch focused primarily on what not to use. The representative spent a great deal of time emphasizing how poor the condition of our current roof was, how unsafe it supposedly is to walk on, and how dire our situation was—creating unnecessary alarm and pressure. This company would not communicate with me, I had to call and say you cashed my check what’s going on. Finally Peter came and did the bath/shower conversation and he did a great job but the fixtures he came with were not what I ordered, none of them match and they are all a different color. I keep trying to call to try and get this fixed and they will not call me back. Not sure what to do. I would not recommend them to anybody. Was not happy with how the whole experience with estimator went. I told him when he first got here we were not going to make a decision today. After two and a quarter hours he still hadn’t given me any number, I told him I was getting very frustrated but it didn’t matter. I asked him for a business card which he refused to give me and he also took the quote he wrote up. They may have great product but the sales tactics turned me off.
