Honest. Excellent service and contract with 2 years of free follow up inspection and free Wind Mitigation inspection for a discount on your home insurance by an independent contractor. I had these two services added to the sale listing and it got a lot of attention and was rated 95 percent likely to sell faster. It was a beautiful house so that helped a lot also.
We are very pleased with the awesome job that RIG Roofing did in replacing our roof. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The work was done on time and in a professional manner and the roof looks GREAT!!! Nathan was our salesman and coordinator. He kept us informed about the job and was constantly available for any questions we had. Destiny, the job coordinator, was very helpful keeping us up to date on the job status. We had a great experience with RIG Roofing. Our roof was damaged in Hurricane Ian and RIG took care of the repair. They were very responsive and right on time.
I need to let you know that "The Crew" that was sent here to replace my roof was awesome. I remember laying in bed at 7 this morning when I heard what sounded like an invasion coming from the front of the house towards the back where we were. I woke up enough and realized that "The Crew" had arrived and there was no more need to stay in bed. We got up, made us some coffee and checked the video cam. RIG did a great job on our roof. They also gave us an estimate to replace our skylight lenses. When they realized that they could no longer get the right sized lenses to replace on our skylights, they replaced the whole skylights and did not change the estimate.
RIG is the favorite in our neighborhood. Many have used them with great success. Very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Would use them again but sure hope I never have to. Thank you.
I just got my first metal roof installed in the color black and it is absolutely beautiful! The sales rep that came out and met my wife and I was extremely knowledgeable on the different kind of roof systems and answered all my questions.
