After receiving multiple quotes from different contractors for a full roof replacement, I decided on RIG because of the quality of product and guarantees. The entire process was easy and the crew did a great job installing and cleaning up. The job took 2 days due to size and complexity, but they have a very efficient crew and wrapped up on schedule. Hands down the best customer service, ever. Quality work was finished on time. We loved how they kept us informed of the progress, from the time we gave them the deposit, all the way till completion. Highly recommend !!!

I recommend R.I.G if you need a roof. We had roof and some facia damaged from hurricane Ian. They did a great job on the roof and repairs and had superb communication which was important to me being hundreds of miles away. They also provided the remediation inspection.

I’m so glad first of all that’s i the roof is on. Still need gutters sprinklers, flood wTer went in shed and my car — oh my so much money. I had so much damage from Ian.—- Rig and there employees super nice . I don’t want another hurricane, but if we are unlucky again - I would call them again for a new roof-and I always check w/ BBB- been scammed by crooks!!! - and BBB a must - 1st thing
