The two-person team who performed the installation was awesome. The young man who did it all worked his tail off as did his assistant who made sure my basement was clean after the work of each day. This project teetered on becoming a nightmare; it was a full install vice a remodel. The sales representative explained everything that went into the process and answered all of my questions fully. She helped me choose what was right for me and for the house and assured me that the price that we agreed on was the final price and that there would be no surprise charges at the last minute! There were none and the work as completed on time with very few concerns on my part which were addressed immediately at no additional charge! They are on the pricier side of the spectrum but they are definitely worth it!
