Very professional group! You get a dedicated project manager and crew who arrive on time daily, prep and cleans up the work area each day. Their customer service reps check in with you regularly to see if you are happy. The only drawback is that they are expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. My remodel clearly added $50K in value to my home.
They did good work. Finished in 2 days. But very expensive and asked for checks when materials ordered, materials delivered and at completion rather than a credit card (which protects the consumer.)

The work crew were on time. At the end of the day, they took care to remove all debris and swept up.

The project lead and workers were profesional and polite. Lack of communication at times left me feeling confused and frustrated as I waited on workers to arrive every now and then. The salesman pitched me a 2 to 5 day time to install. It ended up taking two weeks as the wrong parts came in and some were missing. Some things were leaking but they came out and fixed it after calling them. Shower up a day earlier, removed our tub, then asked where the building material was.
