On October *******, we signed an agreement with Quality Craftsmen and paid them $12,000 in cash with the agreement work would be started 8-10 weeks from order. It is now 12/31/2024, we have no received no services. The approximate project start date as quoted to us has expired. We would like to get this order completed asap, or have the contract canceled so we can move on. We find this experience to be unacceptable up to this point, and seek resolution.

We received part of your Special Order Product and it was damaged in transport from the Manufacturer. We reordered the material and it arrived today 1/2/2025.
