Our Project Consultant, Cindy T****** was amazing she was very upfront and honest, she took the time to get to know us and what our needs and wishes are. I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end with this company. My consultant ***** was a nice guy as well as his team. Im happy with the results of my bathroom!
On October *******, we signed an agreement with Quality Craftsmen and paid them $12,000 in cash with the agreement work would be started 8-10 weeks from order. It is now 12/31/2024, we have no received no services. The approximate project start date as quoted to us has expired. We would like to get this order completed asap, or have the contract canceled so we can move on. We find this experience to be unacceptable up to this point, and seek resolution.
