Quality Craftsmen did a complete overhaul of our master bathroom. We needed an aging in place remodel. They lowered the shower floor in order to have a walk in shower. The walls and floor were retiled. The entire shower was enlarged with grab bars on two sides. They did other extensive work in the bath as well (flooring, cabinets, sinks, lighting). We are 100% and happily satisfied with their work. TOP QUALITY WORK! ************

Our Project Consultant, Cindy T****** was amazing she was very upfront and honest, she took the time to get to know us and what our needs and wishes are. On October *******, we signed an agreement with Quality Craftsmen and paid them $12,000 in cash with the agreement work would be started 8-10 weeks from order. It is now 12/31/2024, we have no received no services. The approximate project start date as quoted to us has expired. We would like to get this order completed asap, or have the contract canceled so we can move on. We find this experience to be unacceptable up to this point, and seek resolution.

We received part of your Special Order Product and it was damaged in transport from the Manufacturer. We reordered the material and it arrived today 1/2/2025.
