We experience water damage due to our dishwasher. Tried some other local companies nobody every picked up the phone. Called PureDry and immediately was able to get through. They were very professional responding immediately. Performed a very thorough job with water cleanup. As a bonus PureDry is helping to deal with the insurance company regarding the costs. We are also working with PureDry to help with the kitchen rebuild. So far they have been a very responsive company .Thank you PureDry.

We were so pleased with the quick response (on a weekend!) PureDry came immediately to our home. We discovered a major water affecting multiple floors/ceilings in our home. We had water damage from a mouse that chewed through a water line. Our insurance denied coverage but Puredry fought very hard with claims to get them to pay; harder than our agent did. It was still denied though. But everyone I dealt with at Puredry was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Once it was known our claim was denied, Puredry drastically cut our bill down from the original estimate. Highly recommend this company.

I am writing this review in appreciation of the amazing work that was done by *************************** The water damage to my home was done at night and their crew was available and on site the next day. As soon as they began to work on my home I could instantly tell that they were highly trained and I trusted their work 100%. Pure Dry is an excellent company to work with!!! I used them last year for carpet cleaning, and was extremely impressed from start to finish with the customer service. We recently had a mold issue, and I immediately contacted Pure Dry Restoration because I had such a positive experience with using their carpet cleaning business. Technicians did an OK job, but the companys communication is nonexistent. They dont notify you when youre scheduled, whether anyone is actually coming, or when they cancel.A 35 day job dragged on for 7 because they simply never returned. They canceled appointments without telling *** had to call when no one had shown up by 6 p.m. They arrived at 10:30 a.m. for an afternoon appointment (the only one they kept). I hired PureDry Restoration in November after water damage occurred in my elderly fathers bathroom. Unfortunately, my experience with them felt predatory and dishonest.The project manager who came out initially presented himself as an expert with 8 years of experience and assured me he would treat the job as if it were his own home. It was a nightmare dealing with them the second time. They are way too expensive and not at all worth it. Do not go to them since they would charge you way over the market avg and your insurance will never come close to covering their charges
