When my upstairs bathroom leaked into my downstairs bathroom PureDry came quickly to my rescue. They were so efficient in removing the damaged materials and setting up the drying equipment. Always professional and prompt they did an excellent job. If ever I have water damage again, they will be the company I turn to.

PureDry staff was amazing with the work done on our home restoration. They did a great job, and it actually looks better than it did before. They worked with us serving as advocates through the claim process. They were approachable kind and extremely helpful on every level.

I had my second flood in as many years and PureDry my next call after my insurance *** My first experience with themwas so positive that I didn't hesitate to call them again. ***** was out the next day to do his evaluation and ****** and the crew were right behind him to get the dryout started. I believe that their quick action saved to drywall minimizing the damage.I will use PureDry again, although I am hoping that I don't need to.

We had a kitchen dishwasher leak that impacted the ceiling drywall in a basement bathroom. PureDry project manager ***** came out to assess the damage same day, then managed communication with us we headed out of town on a previously-planned trip while the work got underway. The PureDry crew quickly removed the impacted drywall and efficiently managed the drying process. All people and departments we interacted with provided thoughtful service during a trying time.

Water damage in hallway to drywall, 30+ feet oak flooring damage. Very professional and quick with service. Very helpful with insurance questions and updates. A representative called every morning during the drying out process to confirm we would be home or there was a key available to check on their dehumidifiers and fans. Hopefully they are available to continue the restoration work on the drywall and wood floors.

I had an external water spicket burst due to the freezing temps that swept over the ***. PureDry came out, removed my baseboards, floated my carpet, and placed air movement to dry the area in my living room. They also removed some affected insulation in the crawlspace. They had used a subcontract named Landshark on the Reconstruction side. ********* was very punctual, did great work, and now that it's finished, I can't tell the difference! This company is fantastic! They kept me up to date on the progress & dealt with the insurance company for me. They replied to all my phone calls and e-mails and always arrived on time. Everybody was so nice that it helped lower my stress level immensely. When the job was finished, I received a wrapped bag of cookies thanking me for my business. I would 100% call them if you need help with your problems!!
