They showed up on time as scheduled, and it took them about an hour to do the work. They were fine and we had no problems at all. We will use them again if we need to.
They have a lot of good reviews on Angie's List. One thing that was important to me is that the people I use should be able to use my American Express card because I pay either through that or by check. I know a lot of people don’t use that because it would cost more. There are a couple of companies who take it but charge a particular percentage. They were competitively priced and they did an excellent job. We would use them again.
Their assessment was that nothing needed to be done at this time. Their analysis and observations were helpful even when it meant they were not getting work out of us. Highly recommend them.

They were professional and did everything I wanted done. The quote was reasonable.
The man who came out to give us an estimate was very professional and helpful. Since our roof is 17 years old, I asked him, for his best judgment of whether repair the bad section or replace the whole roof. While not offering any guarantee on our aging roof, he suggested that a repair of the buckled sections would be a reasonable path to take.
