Work was excellent in every respect. Don't really have any do's and don'ts to suggest. <br />
They were competitively priced and they did an excellent job. We would use them again.
Their assessment was that nothing needed to be done at this time. Their analysis and observations were helpful even when it meant they were not getting work out of us. Highly recommend them.

They were professional and did everything I wanted done. The quote was reasonable.
The man who came out to give us an estimate was very professional and helpful. Since our roof is 17 years old, I asked him, for his best judgment of whether repair the bad section or replace the whole roof. While not offering any guarantee on our aging roof, he suggested that a repair of the buckled sections would be a reasonable path to take. They were very nice, responsive and professional. A nice man came out, and he was very thorough. He knew roofing, and he could talk to me. They responded with an estimate very quickly. I did not go with them, but they seemed very capable. I went with another company that was priced lower and yet was reputable enough. I would consider contacting them again in the future.
Pond had done other similar jobs on properties in my development, so I spoke to them first. They were right on time for appointments, including on the day that they performed the work. The work was done on time, totally as expected, and the cleanup was flawless. I'm totally satisfied.
