They were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks fantastic. The price was reasonable, as well. Patrick was very helpful and followed up to see if it was done well. They gave a warranty for the work, which I appreciated.
We have asphalt shingles. They are supposed to be getting here within 6 weeks. It should be done by the middle of November. No problems at all scheduling for them to come out for the estimate. They were here on time.
It turned out great. They did the shingles in one day and they did the gutter system in another day. It was two different crews who came. They were efficient. They got right down to work and they go it done without glitches! The shingles and vent fan were about $10,000 and the gutter system was about $3,000. I was so impressed with their presentation that I didn’t get any other quotes so I can’t tell you how the prices compare. To me, the quality was worth the price.
It was great! They seemed quick and efficient. The guy who came out to look at it was great. He was professional and a no-nonsense individual. No problems with the roof since the repairs. The only issue was that they seemed to be rather popular so you have to patient.
They have done a lot of workfor us over the years. What I like about them is they don’t leave a mess and the roof gets fixed. When we first started noticing that we needed to replace titles on the roof, we got estimates. Pond was around the middle range in pricing, but they were the most responsive company. I am always very pleased with how professional they are.

They were here all day. They were very thorough. They have a good attention to detail. It did take a long time from the time we called them for them to actually come and do the work, but the roof hasn’t leaked since.
After we got over the scheduling problem, they did a fine job. They came immediately and took a deposit but weeks passed before they came to actually repair our badly leaking roof. They did come and do an emergency stopgap covering when we called about the continuing leakage. Eventually they came and did the necessary repair work. The work was done well and the price was fair.

We received quotes from three different vendors, they were in the middle (the highest was a tiny bit higher, the lowest was about 1/3 of the price, but that kind of worried us). <br /> The color matched the siding pieces perfect, you would not even know they had not been there all along. <br /> As stated, they completed the work in one day.
