Polar Bear has phenomenal staff whos crews aim to please their customers I personally experienced it in January/2025.There was an issue that needed to be rectified, and they returned quickly to fix the situation to my satisfaction. When they were loading up their equipment, my dog, who is an escape artist, left the yard unbeknownst to either them or myself. Polar Bear was great for replacing my roof. The process was smooth, quick, and fast from the initial meeting to the completion of the roof. Israel and his team showed up promptly each morning and stayed in contact with me during the day. I highly recommend polar bear!

Polar Bear installed our metal roof around 10 years ago. We were very pleased with the work they did at that time. So, when the top of a nearby cedar tree fell on one side of the house during a windstorm in late November 2024, there was no question of who we would call for the repair work. They completed the repair in a timely manner and under budget. This job involved matching some existing woodwork. It was done beautifully. This company does great work.

The sale representative, *******, was very informative and made us vary comfortable with our options. ****** helped us with scheduling and followed up multiple times to ensure things were going to plan. They aren't the cheapest, but that's good because a you don't want the lowest bidder to put the roof on your house. They were on time, did an excellent job, and completed everything they promised without me having to do anything. The roof and gutters look great! ***'s team did a fantastic job and ***** and **** explained everything very well. I would absolutely recommend Polar Bear to anyone if your priorities are a great job, done well, with no hassle!

Very pleased with the crew that came to remove old vinyl siding and replace with ******. ****, ***** and ***** were on time everyday and attentive to getting the job done well.
