RecommendedA Polar Bear representative came by my house and set up an appointment to have my roof evaluated. The appointment was with Kendall Hall. He looked at my roof and told me it was in good shape, but he thought I might need some new gutters. He took measurements and offered some nice gutters with a 20% discount for signing up that day. I decided not to buy the gutters, but I learned a lot from Kendall about roof and gutter maintenance and about the company. Company seems to have a lot of integrity.

Great window replacement. Guys were very friendly and covered all interior/exterior surfaces to keep debris contained. We will be calling this company back for other work.
Polar Bear installed several windows for us in 2019. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional and genuine. They made sure we were happy with the product and workmanship.
Despite a late start and extremely hot weather, the Polar Bear window team did our house in two days. Installed, caulked, cleaned and even built us a new window upstairs so our house will now conform to fire code for a third bedroom. And one of them, noticing our front door wasn't opening and closing correctly, took the time to install longer, stronger screws, and the door works like new! They were pleasant, funny and hard-working. I didn't think that kind of thing existed any more.

I had a great experience with Polar Bear responding to my old and leaking roof quickly! After a fun and informative sales call on a Weds, they were on my roof and completing the job on Monday. Frank's install team was fantastic. I worked in my garden while they worked on the roof, and I was very comfortable with their presence. We are very happy with the work of Polar Bear Energy Solutions on our home. We started with replacing the 20+ year old siding in December 2017. Doug, Sam, and the rest of the crew did fantastic work. They worked through many December 2017 Puget Sound storm elements (Wind, rain, and snow) and even came on Saturday to complete the project.
