My first encounter was a bit rough. The owner of the company got in touch with me and worked with me to solve the issues. I was glad that he did and appreciated his following up.
Communication is very key. Howard was great but I sent emails the day of the installation with questions as the window installers were doing the job. Never heard back from anyone. I was also very disappointed that once the windows were installed they were not cleaned, especially the outside of the glass. The windows looked terrible. We have had multiple issues with the installation. The door that was brought out had problems—it wasn’t closing properly, it’s not sealed or aligned properly, and there are drafts coming in. You can hear noises outside, and there’s a giant gap. The door isn’t straight. There are so many problems with this door, it’s not even funny. Definitely. Peak did great work replacing our gutters, and now they will need much less maintenance for years to come.
I had a not great experience at pretty much ever phase of the project except for the initial sale, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
