I had a not great experience at pretty much ever phase of the project except for the initial sale, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

They messed up some electrical work by exposing some wires and took down light fixtures. They then told me they don't do electrical work. Not only that, but they used combustible materials in an electric box. We told the crew that if they had any issues, ring the doorbell. We arranged for telework. The crew ended up cutting structural support and had carpenters fix it, but they had to come in and cut drywall and left a mess. Peak Custom Remodeling needs to keep the line of communication open at all times with their paying customers. The payer should not have to constantly reach out for what should be done by the contractor. The attentiveness of the project manager was what kept our business. The line of communication is key to keeping and growing any company!!
