Peak Custom Remodeling needs to keep the line of communication open at all times with their paying customers. The payer should not have to constantly reach out for what should be done by the contractor. The attentiveness of the project manager was what kept our business. The line of communication is key to keeping and growing any company!!

I would not recommend Peak to a friend. The only enjoyable part of this experience was my salesperson Peter. This is the second time I’ve used Peak, and it was a mistake. The coordinator called me In February saying the crew would be out Tuesday and Wednesday. Ghosted. You don’t pay till the job is finished right? So it was no big deal. Lots going on. The project was started in November, but, due to constantly bringing the wrong parts, the wrong color, and the unprofessional salesman, it just got done.
