After Morgan exteriors was hired and the initial payment was made, they said it was going to take about 2 months to get the kitchen cabinets. It took a lot longer than that. I had to call them every couple of months to see if the product had come in. Then we had a big mix up about when they were supposed to show up or whom they were supposed to call upon coming to the condo. The company charged a few hundred more than $12,000.00 The contractors completely missed installing key pieces of material. The butt joints did not match. The company was not even sure if flashing was used, that is how uncertain they were of their own work. The underneath of multiple gables was missing the bottom piece. Multiple boards were not aligned/were uneven. First completely read the morgan group contract. Unless it is on the contract, it does not apply no matter what the salesman says. Neither one of the gentlemen, who came to install the gutters, appeared to understand english very well. Overall it was not a very good experience, but i did sign the contract and thus have to live with the results.

I do not think I received the product I payed for. The installation was poor and needs additional work. I am disappointed to the point that I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

On the contract there was 3 windows, after i signed the contract i looked at it, and the sales man pout 2 windows, They installed only 2 windows, the installer said i should get 3 windows. The seals person came back and I told him i have only 2 windows and he wrote that in pan after i signed, you measured the third window i told him. I asked to me look me in the eye and tell me i paid this price for 2 windows he walked away. Your sales rep provided us with a carbon copy and it is consistent with the original. If you would like a shower remodeled in a week shy of 6 month this is the company for you. Also, a great lesson never believe a salesman unless it is in writing!!! The salesmen presentation was very good we had three others we liked his product. My wife is disabled and needed a walk in shower as soon as possible we asked the salesman how long have they been experiencing to finish the installation he said 6 to 7 weeks this was in line with the other companies, so we went with Morgan Exteriors.
