Had to keep calling for a start date. The people at Morgan Exterior can be very rude. Overall on the high end for job done, and lot of back and forth with office to get job done. The people who came out to work were really professional. The person who fixed siding was great!

We met with Fred regarding installation of 11 new impact windows. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. He was very thorough in going through the pros and cons of each window which made selecting the right window very easy for us. Everything went great. They stayed in touch with me, to let me know the progress on making the windows and yhen called after they were made to set up an appointment for installation. They came on time and were very professional in their job. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything in nice & clean. The whole job took ... for 2 windows ... one an a half hours. Excellent work, great company.
