Modern *********************************************** recently replaced an exterior door at my home. The seal had broken in the full pane of glass in my old door. I couldn't see a thing through it. It can be difficult to find someone reputable to do a job like this. Even getting someone to measure for the exact size door I needed to order was a difficult task. Modern Restoration installed our New Front Doors on July 29th, 2025. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the doors and the solid feel that they have in comparison to our old front door. The new double doors operate smoothly and simply have the feel of quality. **** ****** and his crew at Modern Restoration recently remodeled our kitchen, small den and bar area. Our experience from the first meeting to project completion was top drawer. The work came in on budget and under the projected time frame. This is a family run local company that I plan to use again and again.

Have had a number of firms do work at my home but I found none better than the crew from Modern Restoration. Needed to have window sill replaced and rotted wood repaired, crew arrived promptly, completed the repairs, cleaned up the area. They will be the only firm I will use in the future. You just don't find service like this today. Thanks.

Modern Restoration and Remodeling did an excellent job ordering and installing a new custom front door. It is really beautiful and it has really increased the value and appearance of our home. The installation took just one day with out any issues.
