David and Jacob did a great job on a somewhat challenging task. The job at hand was leveling a floor above the garage that was several inches lower than the rest of the house. Modern Restoration was able to craft a cost efficient fix that raised the floor while also insulating it. They worked efficiently and effectively with the hardwood floor contractor that followed him. I’m very satisfied with the work that the people of Modern Restoration & Remodeling did with my windows. I would recommend them for their professionalism and their cleanliness. They were excellent in their approach to our job.;arrived on time, lay down cloths as needed, worked efficiently, finished the job on time, and cleaned up. They evened completed a task that was not in the scope. The value of their materials and labor was very good. I would definitely consider them for other projects in the future

Jacob and his crew are definitely skilled at their craft, but the most excellent reason I deal with them is for their attitude. They care how the finished product will add value to their customer.
