Professionals, yet friendly and most importantly they brought a work ethic to a repair and upgrade project on my home as if they were working on their own house. This is a company doing good work and delivering on expectations. I will hire them again and fully recommend them to anyone that asks, the trim work was a large and tedious process for them and they did a great job. The new door and entry way to our home is spectacular.
***** and ***** are excellent contractors. They worked with us to decide the scope of work, made suggestions, and set a schedule. Amazingly, they stuck to the schedule and the quality of their work was top notch. We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel.

Amazing company if you need any remodeling done. Very professional and easy to work with their wonderful team. Truly a find ! We had windows replaced, added a French door, remodeled an exercise room, removed a bath and added a shower and we plan to keep going on our house updates!

They listen, offer great recommendations and final work exceeds expectations.We had our kitchen upgraded: paint cabinets, ( excellent like factory finish), tile backsplash and quartzite countertops. We recently had Modern complete a kitchen renovation project that also turned into some old water damage remediation and new door reframing and installs. We couldnt be happier with the end result, Prior to our Reno, in conversations with friends and neighbors, as well as online group discussions, there were always things that they said their contractor didnt do well, didnt communicate or complete at end of project. The best weve ever worked with in 30 years of owning homes. Recently helped us to resolve 5 years of ongoing issues with windows. Wish we would have known about ***** and his expertise years ago. Courteous, expert professionals! Would recommend for anything you need. Large or small, inside and out, and anything in between.
Modern Restoration was an AWESOME partner to fix some windows needing attention. The quality of work was exemplary and the prices extremely fair. For my project, which was rather small, they had to come out multiple times to complete it due to circumstances beyond their control. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a company that goes out of their way to make sure you are more than just satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again and again.
