We are mid project with a whole home remodel. We do not have a single complaint, not one issue. The owners, their crew, and all the subcontractors are professional, honest, respectful, knowledgeable, and so efficient. They have worked seamlessly with our designer and cabinet maker. Best of all they’re a month ahead of what we were expecting. We are so grateful for David & Jacob and cannot wait to enjoy the dream home they’re creating for us.
David and team did a lot of work on our house. They repaired and replaced windows, replaced doors, replaced siding, removed a built-in cabinet and added hard wood floors in its place. They also replaced water damaged drywall. They are professional and courteous, and we are more than satisfied with the final products. I will absolutely call them again.

David and Jacob did a great job on a somewhat challenging task. The job at hand was leveling a floor above the garage that was several inches lower than the rest of the house. Modern Restoration was able to craft a cost efficient fix that raised the floor while also insulating it. They worked efficiently and effectively with the hardwood floor contractor that followed him. I’m very satisfied with the work that the people of Modern Restoration & Remodeling did with my windows. I would recommend them for their professionalism and their cleanliness.
