Our sales representative, ******, was knowledgeable about the company and its products and services. He took the time to learn about our situation and needs before showing us our options. I appreciated that he didnt push us to go with the most expensive options but rather to choose what would best meet our needs. It was great not to be constantly pushed to upgrade! Scheduling the consultation was easy and ****** showed up on time and was friendly and professional in his interactions with our family.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I couldnt be happier with the work of Midwest *******. They made sure to answer any and all questions I had before starting the projects. Took the time during consultation to explain their process, show me samples so I could customize and see the amazing quality, and were very prompt in coming out to get the jobs done. The team took extra time to cut out rotten wood and molded spots, completely replacing the subfloor. We had ****** ******** come and give us an estimate on a walk in shower conversion he was real personable and helpful with our vision on our bathroom offered his input and was very respectful and a great listener was really trying to make it happen for us and i was getting hopeful but unfortunately as my husband and I were waying out the pros and cons of everything we unfortunately we had to decline because we felt we just couldn't make it happen financially which i am disheartened by the choice but we just cant make it happ... read more

They arrived on time for appointment. Explained all the materials and how the shower was to be installed. Very pleasant sales person. Reasonable price. Installation time was important to us along with the warranty.

The salesperson, *****, was outstanding as he stepped us carefully through our choices for a new shower. The installer, *******, was courteous, professional, and thorough in his work. Overall, our experience with Midwest ******** was better than satisfactory. And the cost was less than anticipated! We should have had that old tub removed many years before!
