RecommendedI had estimates from three bath businesses. Luke was an excellent sales person to work with, he sold me with his experience and honesty. Matt was my installer and he and his side kick could not have been nicer. He was very efficient and skilled. He explained the use of the shower and answered my questions. When they left my house and bathroom were spotless. I know for sure I picked the right company. I would give Luke, Matt and his associate and the company a rating of 5.

We used Midwest bath to install a new shower/tub combo, and they did a great job! Our sales agents, Luke and Austin, were both very knowledgeable, down to earth, humorous, and just great at explaining their product. The operations manager, Darren, communicated with me well about my project and what to expect. One item we ordered was not in stock, but Darren seen to it we still got a product of equal if not higher quality than the original. Just finished my tub to shower conversion. Everyone has been great to work with. Thanks to agent Brandon for getting us on the schedule as soon as possible, for Matt getting the work done and making it beautiful. Did a great job and cleaned all the mess. Highly recommend for any tub bath conversion.

We had a fantastic experience with Jackson our installer, Justin our design expert & Evver at the office. All provide exceptional customer service and make the overall experience enjoyable. The product is amazing! Beautiful & it is quality material that will last. I wanted something easy clean & low maintenance & they delivered.
