I?ve been crying for almost 2 months due to a lack of control over who came into my space and what they were doing and/or breaking. I did not receive what I was shown I would get in the beginning. Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there?s no way they?ll cancel it they just want their money. It was just an ok job.
The salesman and project manager should have warned us that a custom shower installation of the glass door would take several weeks to come in. So I have to live with no shower in the mean time.

Be honest with your customers.
Their representative came and told me I had mold under my tiles. This was enough to make me want to do something about it. The thing was -he was lying to me. There was no mold-he just wanted to make a sale!!!!! He used a hand held device to hold up to the wall. Not being a plumber, I believed him. I thus felt I should do something about the condition and arranged for work. He told me the tiles would match part of the color in the existing tile jn the rest of the room. Mark R was great just have issues with the installers.
Just make sure you do not do damage to other people like you did to me with a leaking shower.
