I had (2) tub conversions to shower stalls done by Luxury Bath. I am very pleased with the outcome. Both workers were thorough in explaining and showing me issues that were under the old tubs before installing the walk in showers. Everything was repaired/replaced/updated before installing the walk in showers. I would most definitely recommend Luxury Bath NJPA

I am very unhappy with this company and their customer service. I remodeled my bath tub due my disabilities and mold growing in the bathroom. They assured me that the products that they were installing were mold free.. but I still seem to be getting mold. During the visit, I explained to them my disabilities and they suggested a a soaker tub for my back. At first, I was very happy having such a Pretty bathtub and all I showered, but when I went to take a bath, I wasnt able to get up from the tub. Ive made complaints and call... read more

Their customer service is one of the worst rhat I have ever encountered. They do not honor contracts nor do they return phone calls

I feel that from day one when their salesman gave us a presentation of the product that they installed he did not tell us the truth. We are senior citizens. I am not refusing to pay but what we received and the way it was installed and what they call a finished product is far from finished. Water all over the bathroom as they never shut the water off before ripping out the last section of wall. Cracked and broken floor tile. Ceiling over shower damaged.
