Very happy with the end product! Only reason for four stars is initial salesman did not follow up when we had more questions after he left. When we reached out to the company they were more than happy to help better the situation and from that point on they were great! The construction team ***** and **** were awesome and super friendly. Shower and tub replaced in about 8 hours and cleaned up their work areas very well and didnt leave any debris behind! Highly recommend this company!

From the first call, to follow up calls, Luxury Baths staff were so helpful and accommodating! ***** in the office was very helpful to ensure we received all the necessary information and made sure we were satisfied with final costs. ******* and ***** worked diligently and efficiently getting the job done in one day. Everything about the experience was good. The sales process (which included financing and choosing materials in 1 visit) was smooth. Second measurements went perfectly. The installation was a breeze. Just 1 day! Everyone was very polite and professional. The only 2 negatives that I can say would be the cost was unexpected but research shows that the prices are typical for this kind of work. The adhesive used in installation took days to dissipate. We truly do love our new shower and cant wait to show it off to guests.

The tub to shower conversion went perfectly. I was worried because my home was built in 1880, so no clue what they were going to find. The removed the tub and tile walls down to studs and sub flooring, cleared a plumbing obstacle, and installed my walk-in shower in one day! The work area was cleaned, and there was no trace of construction whatsoever. The guys were extremely professional and personable. My shower looks fabulous! So happy I chose Luxury.

Installation went perfectly, ******* and ***** were fast,clean and professional .The demolition was down to the studs then built to perfection.We love the color and the pan is of the highest quality. The shower has 4 grab bars and a built-in seat for easy and safe accessibility. Luxury Bath is a quality company,we highly recommend them.**********************.

Great service, install went unbelievably smoothly. Our install team was friendly and professional, and the tub/shower is wonderful.
