We had a great experience with Sho-Pro! ***** the installer was excellent. We redid the entire bathroom and came out beautiful! We definitely reccomend them for your bathroom needs!
We were very pleased with the work done by our installer ***** He was respectful of our home and kept everything as clean as possible during the process. The skill of your installer is everything, and we would highly recommend him!
Day one and incorrect measurements were done to put on the shower doors. The solution compromises the integrity of the window as demonstrated by the crack across the top of the glass blocks grout. Also, no barrier plastic put up between opening of bathroom and bedroom and everything is covered in dry wall dust. The base pan should be over to accommodate the installation of the shower doors however even though no walls are installed yet I am told that cannot be done due to plumbing. Poorly installed equipment. No effort what so ever to mitigate the extraordinary mess they made, then refused to clean up after themselves. On top of that they were just dishonest. I would not recommend this company!
Don't buy from them. They don't honor their contracts. I purchased windows from them in 2015. The contract said "Lifetime" guarantee, not "Until we stop selling windows". I get the runaround whenever I call about issues with my windows. Their excuse is that they don't have the windows division anymore. One technician came out and saw my problem and told me I'd just have to live with it. How can a company sell anything with a "Lifetime" guarantee then decide they don't have to honor the guarantee.
Had our master bathroom remodeled. While the gentleman who did the majority of the work did a good job and cleaned up after himself the job was left undone for a few weeks. It took time to get the dry wall done to prep for painting. The salesmen who talked with us to use the company made it sound like the entire bathroom would be done. After the construction was done we had to call to get the company again to get the dry wall done. Then we were told that the job was complete once the dry wall was done.
